This Steak, Green Beans and Avocado Salad is a great healthy example of the high protein and low carbohydrate eating plan. The great thing with this weight loss remedy is that it's pretty easy to rinse and repeat to form other meals. Think creatively and replace the protein with another. Steam the 1 cup Green Beans
Prepare your salad by adding 2 cups Romaine Lettuce, ¼ Red Pepper, sliced and slice ½ Avocado on a plate or a salad bowl. Finely chop the 3 basil leaves and add to the salad.
Mix the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil with 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, 1 tsp black cumin (toasted) and the Juice of half a lemon. Dress the salad with the oil and vinegar mix. Serve and Enjoy!
