Add 1-2 teaspoons of the powder to 250 ml of hot water. Let infuse for a few minutes and then enjoy!
Using a small fry pan, dry roast the 250 g methi, approx 1-2 minutes, or until you smell the roasted aroma. Place them aside and let them cool down.

Repeat the procedure with 100 g ajwain.

Repeat with 100 g kali jeeri.

Once all 3 toasted seeds have cooled (they need to be completely cold!) mix them together and add the 3 Tbsp ginger powder and 2 Tbsp asafetida. Mix well.

Place the mix into a spice grinder (or pestle and mortar) and grind until it forms a fine dry powder. Store in an airtight container in a cool place for future use.
