If you are looking to maintain healthy skin, balance nutrient levels and slow early-aging this smoothie is for you. Packed with essential antioxidants from fresh fruit, berries and super foods. Brilliant for breakfast, or anytime at all!
Add the 1 Cup blueberries, 5 strawberries, 1/2 beetroot, 1 pomegranate, 1 lime juice and 1 tsp maca powder to a blender. Blend just enough for all ingredients to be mixed and without any large lumps.
Add the 1 tbsp breakfast oats, 1/2 Cup Greek yogurt, 1 tsp coconut oil and 1 tbsp raw cacao powder. Pulse blend, 3 times, so to just combine the ingredients. Drink immediately and enjoy enormously!

If you wish, you can replace yoghurt with a nut milk!
