This belly fat burning Super Smoothie is an excellent edition to your fat burning regime. The ingredients combine to boost and enhance metabolism as well as filling you up, keeping you feeling fuller for longer!
Place the harder fibrous ingredients into the blender. These are 1 cup spinach, 2 Tbsp mint leaves, 1 stalk celery. To this add the 1/2 cup green tea.
Puree these ingredients until smooth and ensure the blend is fine before adding anything further.
Add remaining ingredients, 1/2 grapefruit1/4 cup blue berries, 1/2 cup pineapple, 1/4 avocado. Blend again (add additional ice cubes if needed - see notes)

If you enjoy spice adding a dash of ground cayenne pepper adds a delicious and slight kick to the smoothie.
The Smoothie is best served chilled, so place in the freezer or fridge until you serve, or add 1/3 cup ice cubes to the final blend if serving immediately and if the frozen fruit doesn't chill enough.
