This plum, pear, fig and apple smoothie is a fantastic and delicious remedy for constipation relief. Made with healthy and tasty ingredients this smoothie is possibly the easiest way to ease and treat constipation.
Prepare 1 pear and 1 apple. Core both and cut the flesh into inch cubes. Wash 2 figs and cut into inch cubes. Remove the stones from 2 plums and cut into inch cubes. Removing the plum skin is optional.
Add all fruits to a blender with 1/4 cup water and 1/2 cup yogurt. Blend until smooth.
Drink both morning and evening.
Notes
You may add additional fruits to the smoothie if you want to add to the taste. Just don't leave any out.
