Ingredients
¼ cup coconut oil
¼ cup olive oil
2 cups granulated sugar
10 drops cypress essential oil
10 drops grapefruit essential oil
5 drops frankincense essential oil
Instructions
- Whip the ¼ cup coconut oil for a minute or two until it is creamy. You can use a whisk or hand mixer. The coconut oil needs to be solid before you can whip it. If it is liquid (usually around 25C) put it in the fridge for 1 hour. Add the 1/4 cup olive oil and continue whipping.¼ cup coconut oil, ¼ cup olive oil
- Once the oils are fluffy and creamy add the 2 cups granulated sugar and 10 drops cypress essential oil, 10 drops grapefruit essential oil, 5 drops frankincense essential oil. - Pour into an airtight container. Store in the fridge or in a cool dark place.

Notes
- This mix will last several months because no ingredient has water content.
- It is advised that you keep it stored in the fridge to make sure the sugar does not dissolve into the oils.
- This recipe will make 4 applications for the entire body, and several applications if just used on the arms and legs
